Martin and Priscilla moved from the Phillipines and opened The Sunny Side Cafe in January 2022. Having gained 7 years of experience in the hospitality business Martin is now enjoying running his own kitchen and coming up with new and different items on his menu to delight your taste buds! Their menu is International with inventive new style of healthy option dishes. For example Eggs Benalmadena to reflect their new location in Spain. They serve Estrella Galicia on draught and 1906 beer in bottles. Their house Sangrias are Green Apple and Mixed Berry which are especially made and are more like a cocktail in a jug for only 10€! The Momma´s lemonade is another favourite drink as well as their Lavazza coffees.
The Sunny Side Cafe has a fresh modern decor inside, they have both a covered and open sunny terrace area. They are open for breakfast, brunch and light lunches from 9am Tuesday to Sunday. Their Mimosa or Bellini drinks go down well with breakfast or brunch. This is a dog friendly bar and they even have special Puppaccinos on their menu which Georgey was delighted to try out – check out Georgey´s corner. You will find them up the steps by the entrance to Pueblo Santa Ana in Benalmedena on the main road. Highly recommended.
